This brochure is intended to provide basic advice to pregnant teenagers on ways to create daily habits. It provides a brief definition of healthy defaults, and why they are important during pregnancy. It contains an overview of the food groups, and how to incorporate them into daily life. It also provides some web resources and names of food assistance programs that may be beneficial for them. Finally, it also suggests ways to use family and friends as source of support as well.
