This handout informs the audience of how to create a healthy environment post pregnancy. Postpartum depression effects so many mothers yet they have no means of how to cope with these newly arrived symptoms. This handout gives positive suggestions of how to implement healthy defaults into a mother’s daily life. Scheduling, exercise, hydration, and nutrition will be discussed.
