Description

Two members of the Westbrook Junior College, Portland, Maine, Wanakea Riding Club walk their horses through the paddock gate, much to the admiration of bystanders, in this deckled-edged, candid black and white glossy snapshot developed in May 1940 by Bicknell Photo Service.

In 1940 the Riding Club doubled its membership and was one of Westbrook Junior College's growing and best supported organizations.
