The young woman wears bermuda shorts, a white WJC sweatshirt, dark sneakers and bobby sox. Her dark hair is short and curled, and she wears cat's eye shaped glasses. She sits on a jacket or small blanket, her dark purse on the ground by her left hip. She holds a creased letter in her hands, and additional mail spills onto the ground by her right ankle.
