Description
Seven Westbrook Junior College students in semi-formal attire pose with two dates in this September 1956 black and white photograph labeled on the back [Portland] Press Herald. Five of the young women sit on two couches, and two stand with their dates behind the couches.
Five of they young women wear white or light-colored strapless semi-formal gowns. Two are in sleeveless semi-formal gowns. The two young men wear black tuxedos with white shirts and black bow ties. The top edge of white handkerchiefs are visible in their breast pockets.
Written in pencil on the back of the photograph is "Freshmen Reception?".
