Description
A Westbrook Junior College nursing student carries a tray down a corridor in the Maine Medical Center, Portland, Maine, in this 1966-67 black and white glossy photo. The young woman wears her pale gray cotton uniform dress with white collar banded with maroon, starched white pinafore apron, white nurses cap with WJC emblem on its side, and white nylons and shoes. Her wrist watch and name tag are worn on her left arm and shoulder. On her small rectangular tray, the student carries three disposable cups containing the medications for three patients whose names are recorded on cards spread across her tray.
