Description

The Dining-In-College Program Series began in 1963 after the student body outgrew Moulton Chapel. The Series replaced regular chapel. Speakers were chosen to fit a theme and the students were expected to read relevant books on the chosen subject. Dining-Ins included formal dining and an after dinner presentation by the guest. Then the speaker would meet with interested students.

In this photograph students from the Class of 1966, Nancy Crockett, Judith Conant and Priscilla MacLean meet with Rita Dar, the wife of an Indian minister, whose presentation was on the roles of women in Indian culture.
