This handout provides an overview of obesity and includes tips designed to motivate and assist teenagers toward making healthy choices to support overall health and well-being. Topics range from identifying nutritious foods, knowing when to eat, how to become more physically active, and having fun with food. The goal of the handout is to provide accessible and easy to understand information to empower overweight adolescents to make important connections eating well, exercising, and how they look and feel on a day-to-day basis.
