This pamphlet is intended to inform the adult audience on how to create a medley smoothie that answers the recommended daily amounts of fruits and vegetables. The pamphlet will cover which fruits and vegetables to choose (with alternating options), the quantities necessary to answer the recommended daily values, how to organize the food items for the smoothie recipe, how to store them correctly, and the smoothie recipe itself.
