The exhibit Dainty, Fresh, and Lovely: Advice for Women on Hygiene and Beauty, 1890-1960 was on display on both UNE campuses in 2015 and 2016. The exhibit included reproductions from periodicals from the 1890s-1960s, a curling iron and mirror from the Josephine D. Peary papers, a boxed course on charm, and several books from MWWC’s collection. Only a portion of the materials have been digitized.
