Description
Four Westbrook Junior College couples take "time out between dances" in this black and white photograph published in the 1957 Tower yearbook on page 93 which showcases "Winter Activities." Two couples sit on a sofa, chatting, while two other couples stand at either end of the sofa. The young women wear semi-formal evening gowns and the young men wear suits with white shirts and ties. The dance may be the 1956 Christmas Weekend dance or the February 1957 Winter Carnival dance.
