Description
Westbrook Junior College's Woman's Athletic Association (WAA) Board organized the athletic life on campus and promoted sports at WJC. The WAA also sponsored the Winter Carnival and the May Festival.
Members of the 1950-1951 board included: Back row--Jeannette Crooker, senior maroon leader; Jayne Goodwin, freshman maroon leader; Joyce DeGoey, senior gray leader; Charlene Black, freshman gray leader; First row--Betsy Webber, treasurer; Ella Gardner, secretary; Mary Ruddick, president; Peggy Rochford, vice-president.
