Description

Three Westbrook Junior College students pose with a Brownie Girl Scout in this sepia toned photograph labeled on the back [Portland Evening] Express, Dec 27, 1962. The three young women may have been Girl Scouts in their hometowns and home countries. Perhaps they have just presented a program on Girl Scouting in their homelands for the Brownie and other members of her Brownie troop.

The Brownie wears her uniform and beanie. An Asian student wears a short sleeve Mandarin gown; a second student wears a silk dress, and a third wears a velveteen dress.
