Description

Description and images from Kim Bernard's first project as the University of New England Artist in Residence during fall semester 2016. Kim met with students at UNE's Biddeford Campus Ketchum Library to teach them about the history, chemistry, and application of henna tattoos. For two weeks, Kim's time at UNE was entirely concentrated on the henna tattoo project, as the UNE community lined up to learn about and work on their own tattoos.
