Description

This pamphlet informs the reader about meal preparation and planning. It gives examples of healthy food options from the various categories of macro nutrients, and quick and healthy snack options. It stresses the importance of planning ahead and how important it is to be successful. It gives examples of ways to have handy meals and snacks for work and discusses the importance of bringing awareness to what you eat by tracking your daily intake.
