Description
This handout informs the audience on how to eat a healthier diet by planning out meals a week in advance and setting aside time to shop and cook in order to avoid eating convenience food. There are time saving tips for cooking kitchen to help make meal prepping less labor intensive. Also, recommendation for the type of foods to meal prep is provided.
