It includes information on staple foods, traditional meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, side dishes, convenient foods, and holiday food and culture. The influence on religious beliefs related to health and nutrition are also briefed. Information is also given on traditional eating patterns and current practices in Palestine as well as in America.
