Description

Students from diverse disciplines, including dental health, physical therapy, public health, and nutrition, collaborated via telehealth to address our patient’s medical, dental, and behavioral health needs, while also considering key social factors such as housing instability, food insecurity, and access to care. Through a shared understanding of each discipline’s roles and perspectives, the interprofessional team fostered teamwork, compassion, and community-based support to provide patient-centered care.
