Description

Person-Centered Care and Motivational Interviewing can enhance communication, collaboration, and acceptance when working on an Interprofessional Team. The Spirit of MI can help foster a nonjudgemental safe space for the consumer in healthcare and social services, and the team itself. MI can help meet the person where they are, and better recognize systems of power and oppression.
