Description
Two Westbrook Junior College freshmen arrive on campus in the rain in this 1957 black and white photograph by Greta Kerr, WJC public relations director and journalism teacher. The two young women wear long trench coats and stand before a 1950s Ford Fairlane. One holds a big umbrella and wears a head scarf. The other wears a dixie cup style sailor hat with brim pulled down and carries a snow suit for the coming Maine winter.
