Thirty-One Westbrook College Students sit and stand on the steps of Proctor Hall in this 1970s black and white photograph. The young women wear bell-bottom slacks, sweaters and fall jackets. The three sitting on the bottom step sport chunky, square-toed platform shoes. All smile at the camera in youthful exuberance.
