Description
This is a facts sheet that informs the reader about the traditions and historical influences of Spain’s Mediterranean diet. It includes the daily routine of eating with the staple dishes of the Culture. The idea of social settings and the process of how a meal usually goes along with the significance of each eating time and health beliefs of Spain that influence their food selections. The intended audience is other health professionals working with other cultures of Spanish origin.
