Description

We participated in a patient care interprofessional simulation experience with students from the college of nursing, pharmacy, and dental medicine. We gained valuable insight on working with an older patient experiencing mental health challenges and lack of regular access to care. We were able to collaborate and bring our experiences from each of our fields to offer comprehensive care to “Michael.” We received valuable feedback on demeanor, presence, leadership, and cohesiveness that will inform our future practices in three different professions.
