Description

This project explores the impact of interprofessional collaboration in providing holistic, patient-centered care through telehealth for a patient facing complex medical and psychosocial challenges. We utilized interprofessional team collaboration among Physical Therapy, Osteopathic Medicine, Allopathic Medicine, Nursing, and Dentistry to support immediate patient needs and develop a sustainable plan.
