Description
This case study examines a patient facing interconnected challenges, including chronic fatigue, gastrointestinal distress, poor oral health, mental health concerns, and inconsistent access to care. With added barriers such as housing instability, limited nutrition, and substance use, the situation underscores the importance of coordinated, trauma-informed, and stigma-free approaches. The case illustrates how integrated partnerships across primary care, dental, behavioral health, and community services can promote recovery, stability, and holistic well-being.
