To Keep a Home: Advice to Women on the Domestic Arts, 1870-1960

The exhibit To Keep a Home: Advice to Women on the Domestic Arts, 1870-1960 was on display on both UNE campuses in 2015 and 2016. The exhibit consisted of materials pulled from MWWC periodicals, the book collection, and numerous manuscript collections. Included in the physical exhibit were the personal recipe books of Margaret Jane Mussey Sweat and Elizabeth Coatsworth, along with Marie Donahue's Gold Medal Flour cookbook. Only a portion of the materials in the exhibit have been digitized.
