Notes

Jennifer Graham is an English/Communications Instructor at Northern Maine Community College. Jen graduated with an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of New England in 2017. Since graduation, she has pursued her research interests in student retention and online education. She has presented her work at regional, national, and international conferences, most recently at the 30th Annual Society for Information Technology and Teacher Education in March 2019. Her current, ongoing research is focused on student perceptions of and experiences in online courses in the Maine Community College System.
