The labels "College Offices" and "Hersey Hall" are posted in silvery chrome letters on either side of the main entrance to Westbrook College's Hersey Hall in this sepia toned, 1980s matte-finished photograph. The U.S. postal mailbox and trash bin were subsequently moved from the Hersey porch to the end of its front walk in an attempt to bring curb appeal to the College Offices, which included, on the first floor, the president's office, the dean of the college's office, Cahner's Lounge, and the switchboard.
