McArthur Gymnasium's basement lockers, clothes hooks and washroom sink appear in this early 20th century glossy, sepia-toned photograph. Sets of three and four folding chairs sit against the brick wall on the left. Bare, uncaged light bulbs, electrical wiring, exposed ground floor joists, and a lengthy radiator are visible in this photo. The cement floor is stained and dirty, with paper scraps and cigarette butts haphazardly tossed everywhere.
