Description

Westbrook Seminary and Junior College students work outdoors in Mr. Victor Kahill's sketching class in this 1928 black & white photograph. Three students sketch standing at easels; three are seated and hold their easels in their laps. Mr. Kahill assists a student on the far left.

The short bobbed hair on each students suggests "the modern girl" toward whom Westbrook Seminary marketing was aimed.
