Description
In 1951 the Westbrook Junior College Glee Club was directed by Mr. Rupert Neily. The accompanist and assistant director was Miss Marilyn Johnson. During the 1950 Christmas season, the Glee Club gave performances at the Portland Men's Club and the Kiwanis Club, and made a broadcast of holiday music for a local radio station. On campus, the Glee Club presented a concert preceding the annual Christmas pageant and sang at chapel services every Wednesday.
