Five Westbrook Junior College students descend the front steps of Proctor Hall in this September 1952 black and white photo with the following written in pencil on the back: L To R: Georgia Stanley--Andover, Mass.; Carol Upton--Marblehead, Mass.; Irene Anagnostis--Saco; Joyce Kelley--Westbrook; Louisa Kreis--Essex, Conn. Georgia, Carol, Joyce and Luisa were WJC, Class of 1953. Irene was a freshman in 1952. The young women smile and chat amongst themselves, happy to be back at college after the summer break.
