Perri M. Green, as the innkeeper, accepts money from Joyce K. Bibber, as Joseph, to allow use of his stable, in this 1955 black and white snapshot of the Westbrook Junior College Christmas Pageant.

"Christmas provided an opportunity for the dramatics group (called Masque and Candle in the 1940s-1960s) to work with the Glee Club to present a pageant or play based on the Nativity, a practice beginning as early as 1931."
