Three Westbrook Junior College students sit on a dormitory bed in this late 1950s black and white candid snapshot. Two young women are in their lounging attire and one is dressed in a jumper and white blouse. One holds a stuffed lobster on her lap.
The dormitory room (perhaps in Goddard Hall) has two beds with matching dark striped "Bates bedspreads" and a bedside table with photograph and Bible. Walls above the chair rail sport art work reproductions and posters.
