Six Westbrook College students dressed in bathing suits or as lifeguards enjoy Beach Party '78 activities in this 1970s black and white snapshot. Two young women perch on chairs with a sign between them which reads "Lifeguard Duty." They sport fake tattoos and dark glasses. Another wears a striped bikini over dark tights and a sweater. A third, with a towel draped over her shoulder, chews on her sunglasses. The overhead lighting and overly dramatic beach attire suggest that Beach Party '78 was celebrated in Wing Lounge in the middle of winter.
