A Westbrook College student takes an aggressive stance at home plate prepared to knock the next baseball "out of the park" in this 1970s black and white glossy photo by Ellis Herwig Photography. The catcher stands back, hands on hips, determined to catch that next popup fly and end the inning. Both young women wear wide-bottom jeans and crew neck sweaters. The batter wears a plaid blouse underneath her dark sweater; and the catcher has a turtle neck jersey beneath her white sweater. This pick-up game of baseball appears to be behind one of the brick campus buildings.
