Five Westbrook College dental hygiene students are inducted into Sigma Phi Alpha, the National Dental Hygiene Honor Society, by DH Faculty and Department Director Diane Curl, in this 1977 black and white Wendell White Studio photograph. The five DH students wear their white uniforms and banded white caps with white nylons and shoes. Each holds a red carnation. Diane Curl wears her white uniform, also, and holds a plaque upon which the five student names are engraved along with previous Westbrook College Sigma Phi Alpha inductees.
