Four Westbrook College students consult a wallpaper / fabric catalog within the Proctor Hall fashion merchandising lab in this 1970s black and white photograph by Ellis Herwig Photography, Cambridge, Mass. The four students wear hip-slung slacks with blouses or sweaters and bend over the large catalog which is propped open on two chairs.

The Proctor Hall fashion merchandising lab was the Westbrook Junior College Library from 1952 to 1970. Later it became the Student Academic Success Center (SASC).
