Five Westbrook College students relax together on a resident hall bed in this 1987 glossy, black and white photograph. The bed is covered with a dark coverlet spread, and pillows and a teddy bear peak out at the bedstead's head. A black footlocker serves as bedside table. The walls behind the bed and to the left of the bed are covered with posters and photos, and clipped magazine phrases and headlines.

The five young women wear blue or black jeans and sweaters with sneakers or Bean boots. They lean against each other's shoulders and smile at the camera.
