Description

This pamphlet contains information on what intuitive eating is, how to become an intuitive eater, and some tips for how to become more of an intuitive eater at home. There is also the recommendation that the audience follows the USDA MyPlate at mealtimes to help supplement in healthy dietary habits with eating intuitively.
