The fourteen young women wear black skirts and tops and shoes with white blazers and Junior Dean armbands.
According to the 1959 Tower yearbook: "The Westbrook Way is truly exemplified by the Junior Deans. These girls strive to set examples of friendliness, maturity, and loyalty to their school."
