Description

Two Westbrook Junior College dental hygiene students and Gail Purrington, first Director of the Dental Hygiene program, demonstrate an x-ray machine in the DH Clinic (later Coleman Building) in this ca.1962 black and white glossy photo by The Wendell White Studio. One student, dressed in white uniform, aims the x-ray machine at the second student, sitting down and dressed in a skirt and blouse. Miss Purrington stands at the back and center of the photo. She wears a white uniform and banded cap.
