Description
A Westbrook College nursing student plays a board game with a pediatric patient wearing a Davy Crockett coonskin cap in this early 1970s black and white photograph with "Taken at Maine Med. Center" typed on the photo's back. The nursing student wears her pale gray student uniform with white peter pan collar trimmed in maroon, and a white cap. She holds the game's spinning wheel--perhaps about to take a turn.
The young patient in the Davy Crockett hat wears pajamas and points to his cap's raccoon tail. The student nurse wears gold rimmed eye glasses. The little boy patient has orthodontia braces on his teeth. The two grin at each other as they continue with their board game within Maine Medical Center's pediatric play room.
